Hot Rolled Steel (HR Steel)
Description: Hot rolled steel is produced at high temperatures, making it more malleable and ideal for applications where precise shapes are not critical. It is strong, cost-effective, and widely used in industrial sectors.
Uses: Construction beams, frames, pipelines, shipbuilding, automotive parts, heavy machinery.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets (cut-to-length or slit).
Sizes Available: Thickness 1.2mm – 25mm | Width 600mm – 2000mm | Length customizable.
Grades & Quality: Prime, Non-prime | Common grades: Q235, SS400, A36, S275.

Cold Rolled Steel (CR Steel)
Description: Cold rolled steel is processed at room temperature, giving it a smooth surface, tighter tolerances, and higher strength compared to hot rolled steel.
Uses: Automotive body panels, appliances, furniture, precision components.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets.
Sizes Available: Thickness 0.3mm – 3mm | Width 600mm – 1500mm | Length customizable.
Grades & Quality: Prime, Non-prime | Common grades: SPCC, DC01, SAE1008.

Galvanized Steel (GI Steel)
Description: Coated with a protective layer of zinc to prevent rust and corrosion, galvanized steel is durable and long-lasting.
Uses: Roofing, wall panels, HVAC ducts, automotive parts, fencing, electrical appliances.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets.
Sizes Available: Thickness 0.25mm – 3.5mm | Width 600mm – 1250mm.
Grades & Quality: Prime, Non-prime | Common grades: DX51D, SGCC, G90.

Color-Coated Steel (PPGI/PPGL)
Description: Pre-painted galvanized or galvalume steel with a durable, decorative finish available in a wide range of colors.
Uses: Roofing sheets, cladding, wall panels, interior design, home appliances.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets.
Sizes Available: Thickness 0.3mm – 1.2mm | Width 600mm – 1250mm.
Grades & Quality: Prime, Non-prime | Standards: ASTM A755, EN 10169.

Galvalume Steel (GL Steel / Aluzinc)
Description: Steel coated with a mix of zinc and aluminum for superior corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity.
Uses: Roofing, wall panels, garages, electrical cabinets, agricultural equipment.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets.
Sizes Available: Thickness 0.25mm – 2mm | Width 600mm – 1250mm.
Grades & Quality: Prime, Non-prime | Standards: AZ150, AZ100.

Stainless Steel
Description: Corrosion-resistant steel with chromium content, available in multiple surface finishes (BA, 2B, No.4, HL, Mirror).
Uses: Food processing equipment, medical instruments, kitchens, elevators, construction décor.
Available Forms: Coils & Sheets.
Sizes Available: Thickness 0.3mm – 50mm | Width 600mm – 2000mm.
Grades & Quality: 201, 304, 316, 430 (Prime).

HMS (Heavy Melting Scrap)
Description: Recyclable steel scrap, typically from demolition and construction, sorted into HMS 1 (thicker, no galvanized/blackened material) and HMS 2 (includes thinner & galvanized steel).
Uses: Steelmaking in electric arc furnaces and converters.
Available Forms: Cut, shredded, or bulk.
Grades & Quality: HMS 1 & HMS 2 | ISRI 200–206 standards.

PNS (Plate and Structural Scrap)
Description: Scrap steel cut from plates, beams, and structural shapes. Higher density compared to HMS, making it more efficient for melting.
Uses: Melting in furnaces for new steel production.
Available Forms: Cut or bundled.
Grades & Quality: ISRI 207–209 standards.

Busheling Scrap
Description: Clean, new scrap generated from manufacturing (such as stamping or sheet trimming). It is free from rust, coatings, and impurities.
Uses: Ideal for high-quality steel production in furnaces due to low contamination.
Available Forms: Pressed bundles or loose.
Grades & Quality: Prime grade scrap | ISRI 209 standard.
